The hotel exterior looks regular. The best is, you can buy necessities through the door directly to 7 Eleven through reception area. Opposite is KFC restaurant, beside KFC also have stalls selling hot food. Eco Shop that sells groceries also close to the hotel. All utilities available including bank.
